Returns & Exchanges

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, you must first contact [email protected] to request your return/exchange by confirming your order number and indicating the products you wish to return/exchange. The return address for your items will vary depending on where you live and will be provided to you in the response email you receive from us. Once you receive our reply, please complete the RETURN & EXCHANGES FORM below and send it to us with your packaged items for return.

Sale and pre-ordered products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
When returning a product, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refunded, even if free shipping was offered for the original order. Thus, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer. If a product is returned for exchange, Lili Warrior will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged items back to you.

Unworn, unwashed clothes, in their original packaging, can be returned to us for up to 14 days after receipt of the order for an exchange or a refund. Items must be packed in their original individual packaging and properly protected in an additional box or envelope so as not to be damaged on their return journey. Labels should not be cut.

If the abovementioned or any other return/exchange conditions are not met, Lili Warrior will not be able to reimburse for the products concerned.

Defective product or incorrect order

In the very rare event that you do not receive the correct order or the product received is damaged, please email us at [email protected] with photos or a short video and a description of the problem. You can also fill out the form below.
